YOU MUST HAVE AN INVOICE FROM SPONSOR BILLING TO PAY HERE (EX: Invoice# begins with 100xxxx, SF-xxxx, 0xxx-FA25 - or for Career Academy)

Need to pay for your Sponsor invoice? Here is a simple way to pay. Limited to a max of $250,000 per payment transaction. If you need further assistance, please contact the Cashier's office via email at sponsor.billing@aims.edu.

Disclaimers: 

  • If your invoice exceeds $250K, please split your payment into multiple transactions.
  • If you have multiple invoices to pay for, you will need to add them to your shopping cart one at a time.
  • DO NOT use this to pay if you are paying from a student's bill itself (the student gave it to you).  Contact our office if you are a company/entity that should be invoiced for the student's tuition bill. 
  • Student direct payments are NOT accepted here.
